Common Issues and Solutions
Login Problems
Issue: Unable to log in to your Maya AI Copilot account.
Solution:
Ensure that you’re using the correct email address and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
Ensure that your browser is up-to-date. Maya AI Copilot is optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Tool Loading Issues
Issue: Tools take too long to load or are unresponsive.
Solution:
Check your internet connection to ensure it's stable. A weak connection can affect loading times.
Refresh the page or try accessing the tool in a different browser.
If you’re still having trouble, log out, close your browser, and log back in.
If the issue persists, contact support with details about the tool and the error you’re experiencing.
Saving Errors
Issue: Unable to save content or progress.
Solution:
Ensure your internet connection is stable. Loss of connectivity may prevent data from saving.
Make sure you’re logged into your account; saving is only available for registered users.
Refresh the page and try saving again.
If you repeatedly encounter saving issues, contact support for assistance.
Content Generation Errors
Issue: Error messages or blank responses when generating content.
Solution:
Ensure you’ve entered all required input fields correctly, as missing information can cause generation issues.
Click on the “Regenerate” button to try again.
If the tool continues to fail, clear your browser cache or try using a different browser.
Exporting Issues
Issue: Unable to export content as PDF or other formats.
Solution:
Verify that your pop-up blocker is disabled, as this can interfere with exports.
Ensure you’re using a compatible browser. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser if issues persist.
If the export is still unsuccessful, try copying the content and pasting it into a document manually.
Slow Performance
Issue: The platform seems slow or unresponsive.
Solution:
Check that your device meets the minimum system requirements. Older devices may experience slower performance.
Close any unnecessary tabs or applications to free up system resources.
Restart your browser or device to improve performance.
Ensure you’re connected to a high-speed internet connection.
